For a few years I've been sleeping lightly and waking up around 4 every morning, and the adverse affects it has had on me have been discouraging.
I thought I'd give this as a try, as certainly it couldn't hurt. What I discovered was that I fell to sleep very quickly. What's more, I didn't wake up at 4:00 in the morning with the discomfort that I've felt in the past. When I did awake I felt refreshed and full of energy.
That's why I go to sleep with my headphones on - so I don't wake my husband, because the positive effect is worth having to wear headphones to bed. That's why I purchase a bunch more for other people I know who can also benefit as well as I have.
